Contact the Veterinary Teaching Hospital by calling 869.466.3056 or 869.465.4161 x145 to make an appointment.

Complete Forms

• Complete the Client Consent Form and the Patient Information Form (please see links to the left of this page).
• Submit the forms online or print them. Do not sign the Client Consent Form at this stage. Forms submitted online will be available at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at your designated appointment time.

Arrival at Ross University

Please arrive at Ross University at least 10 minutes before the appointment time to allow for security clearance.

Animal Drop Offs & Pick Ups

• Students of Ross University may "drop-off" their pets in the morning between 7:30 and 7:45 for boarding until appointment time.
• A clinician may schedule a "drop-off" appointment for a patient undergoing further diagnostics, treatment, or a recheck evaluation. All necessary paperwork (estimate, authorization for surgery or anesthesia, CPCR, etc.) must be completed prior to the drop-off.
• Animals need to be picked-up before 5 pm unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
