Reserving a  Room

The Room Scheduler application is used to manage and schedule all rooms on campus. The application helps to eliminate problems with room reservations and makes reserving rooms simpler and less stressful on everyone. It is a web-based application so you will be able to access it from anywhere you have an Internet connection. Click on the following link to use the system:

The username and password to enter and submit a reservation are listed on the main screen.

As soon as you enter the program, you will see all the room schedules that are available for that day. If you click on a specific date in the calendar (on the left side) you will see the room schedules going forward.

Submitting a Reservation:

1. Click "RESERVE" at the top of the screen
2. Enter the "Start and End Date and Times" of the meeting
3. Select the "Resource" (the room you would like)
4. Enter the meeting information (eg, TA session for physiology, SGA meeting, histology make-up class, etc.)
5. Enter "Reservation Type" (eg, TA session, meeting, lecture, etc.)
6. Enter the meeting host's name
7. Enter the host's email address (eg, sehenry@rossvet.edu.kn)
8. Assign a color category for your reservation
9. Click "Save and Close"
