Welcome Students

Message from the Associate Dean for Student Life

I am pleased to welcome you to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Your veterinary education and personal development as students are central to the mission of the Division of Student Life. If you are not from St. Kitts, I encourage you to take advantage of living in a different culture and assimilate yourself into the country. The Student Life professionals at Ross University are dedicated individuals who are excited to have the opportunity to work with you as you grow and develop, ultimately achieving your greatest educational goal: becoming a veterinarian!

A wide range of resources are offered to assist you as you progress through your veterinary education experience. This website lists many of those resources; however, the greatest resource of all is our people. One of the best pieces of advice I can offer to new and returning students is to make every effort to get to know your faculty, the staff, your colleagues, and any other member of the University community. Building relationships and connections will assist you in creating a solid foundation so you will be successful academically. If you are not sure where to go for something, come to my office in the Administration building or email me at sfox@rossvet.edu.kn. The Division of Student Life staff and I look forward to getting to know you and working with you to achieve your goal of becoming a veterinarian.
