Catamaran/Snorkel Trip to Nevis

Set sail to beautiful neighboring island Nevis, stopping along the way to enjoy Caribbean snorkeling at its best. Lunch will be served on board, leaving plenty of time to relax at Sunshines with a "killer bee" in hand.
Brimstone Hill Reception

Savor a sumptuous dinner and dance to the sounds of a steel pan band while being entertained by masquerade dancers and stilt walkers. Hash Run/Walk for Charity

What is P.A.W.S.?
P.A.W.S. (People for Animal Welfare on St. Kitts) was started in December 2000 through the collaboration of a few veterinary students at Ross University and concerned residents of St Kitts, West Indies. It was our vision to change the way animals on St. Kitts were treated, to ensure they were given love and proper care, and to try and decrease the overwhelming population of unwanted animals.
Driving down the streets in St. Kitts, it is common to see homeless dogs and cats wandering down the side of the road, starving and searching for food. Many of them are emaciated, beaten, burned, poisoned and hit by cars. It is the goal of P.A.W.S. to change this.
P.A.W.S. provides financial help to the people of St. Kitts by offering cost assisted spay/neuter programs, food donations, and simple medical care such as vaccines and deworming. We are trying to educate the people on basic pet care and the benefits of spaying and neutering their animals. We provide shampoo, flea and tick products, and supplies such as collars and leashes to those who cannot afford it.
P.A.W.S. has a network of students who act as fosters and provide these animals with a loving, safe environment to live in until they get adopted. While in foster care, these animals are given baths, proper food and water, treatment for intestinal parasites, vaccines, Heartworm tests, are placed on heartworm preventative and are spayed or neutered. These animals are given the love they never received but always deserved. Upon adoption, the prospective new 'parents' are required to fill out an adoption form indicating that they agree to comply with P.A.W.S. regulations. House inspections are also done to ensure a proper environment for these wonderful animals.
P.A.W.S. is 100% non-profit and relies on various fundraisers and donations to ensure that we can continue to help the animals who so desperately need it. Despite all of our success, we still have a long way to go.
