Ceremony Information
The 2012 graduation ceremony will be held on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 10:00am. We expect the ceremony to conclude at approximately 12:30pm. All Ross University graduates will participate in this ceremony, including both Ross University School of Medicine and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
The ceremony will be held at the IZOD Center (Meadowlands Complex) in East Rutherford, NJ.

Guest Information
Gates A, B and C will be open for guest entrance. All guests must enter through these gates. Only graduates should enter through the Box Office. Gate D will be closed. Upon entrance, guests will receive a program and enter the concourse area. Flowers and teddy bears will be available for purchase in the concourse, as will light refreshments including bottled water, muffins, cookies, etc. Balloons will be available for purchase following the ceremony, but are not permitted inside the arena.
Guest seating is general admission; there are no assigned seats. However, there will be a map in your program to help you decide where to sit for the best view of your graduate. Tickets are not required for entrance to the arena.
Following the ceremony, all guests will be required to exit through Gates A, B and C and reunite with their graduate outside of the arena. Graduates will exit through the Box Office entrance.
Graduate Information
Graduates should enter through the Box Office, which can be found between Gate A and Gate D. Once you have entered, you will check in, receive your seating card, and be told where to go to line up. Programs and a light continental breakfast will be available in this area, as well as a representative from Herff Jones to assist with any regalia issues you may have. Please remember that you are responsible for purchasing your regalia in advance of the ceremony. Without proper regalia, you will not be allowed to particiate in the ceremony. Following the ceremony, all graduates will be required to exit through the Box Office entrance and reunite with their guests outside of the arena. Guests will exit through Gates A, B and C.
Commencement Ceremony Webcast
The Commencement Ceremony will be available for viewing as a live webcast on Commencement Day. We hope that this will allow your family and friends who are unable to attend to share this special day with you. Following the Commencement Ceremony, we will post the video on the website for general viewing. On the day of graduation, the webcast will be found at www.rossu.edu/graduation. Until that day, this page will show videos from the 2011 Commencement Ceremony.
