Mission Statement:
To provide excellent patient care and customer service in a professional educational environment.
Services:
At this time, RUCP offers routine preventive care except yearly vaccinations.
RUCP offers medical and surgical services M-F and also offers a full-time emergency service for small animals. To compliment these services, Board Certified Specialists (internal medicine, surgery, critical care / emergency medicine) are available for consultation when deemed necessary by the clinician or when requested by the client.
RUCP has 4 examination rooms including one equipped for ophthalmologic exams; two surgery suites; digital radiography; ultrasound capabilities, and an ICU (intensive care unit) that is staffed 24 hours a day if necessary.
Regular hospital hours: Weekdays 8 am – 5 pm
Emergency Services: 24 hours a day
Appointments & Emergency Care:

Community Practice appointment hours: Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm.

All animals are seen by appointment only. To make an appointment call 466 3056 or 465 4161 Ext 145.

Outside of Community Practice hours, pets are seen on an emergency basis.
The emergency fee is $100 ECD. The emergency phone number is 662-7080.
Do not call this number for any reason other than a small animal emergency.
The Community Practice Clinicians are not expected nor are they required
to answer questions unrelated to emergency care.
