It is the policy of RUSVM to communicate effectively with clients who have animals being treated at RUCP. It is essential that clients understand their pet's illness, treatment options and expectations, potential risks and associated costs.

Owners of hospitalized animals receive daily reports and updates on the results of diagnostic procedures and treatments. The RUCP welcomes calls from clients regarding hospitalized animals at any time during regular hospital hours. Calls from clients will be returned within the business day unless critical in nature, and then should be returned immediately.
