Our AVMA-accredited program offers a learning environment focused on preparing students to become members and leaders of the worldwide public and professional healthcare team and to advance human and animal health (One Health) through research and knowledge exchange.
Global trends will influence the future of the veterinary profession and how veterinary researchers serve society and how veterinary professionals define their role in a rapidly changing world. RUSVM is focused on internationalization of the student body, bringing an even more diverse learning perspective to our academic program.
The Ross University Veterinary Clinic strives to provide excellent medical care, delivered in a considerate and compassionate manner, to all of our patients. RUSVM students have the opportunity to supplement their skills in small animal medicine, emergency medicine, clinical pathology, diagnostic imaging, anesthesia, and surgery.
RUSVM is proud to offer Master of Science (MSc) and Doctoral (PhD) degrees. Our geographical location in the Caribbean, our focus on One Health, and our global partnerships, is ideal for those interested in pursuing knowledge and understanding of public health aspects of all species, rigorous scientific methodology, and the control and prevention of diseases affecting humans and animals in tropical regions.
