Dr. Lyudmyla Golub joined the Ross University School of Medicine faculty in 2006 as an Assistant Professor in the ICM (Introduction to Clinical Medicine) Department. She teaches Physical Diagnosis and Introduction to Clinical Medicine for semester three and four students. She also facilitates PBL (Problem Based Learning) sessions.

Prior to arriving at Ross University, Lyudmyla Golub received her Doctor of Medicine degree at Vinnitsa State Medical University,Ukraine in 1982. She also carried out her internship training at Vinnitsa Municipal Teaching Hospital, Ukraine. She holds a Certificate in Sports Medicine and Remedial Gymnastics from Odessa Medical University, Ukraine, and earned a Fellowship in the same field at Vinnitsa State Medical University.

Dr. Golub has a diverse employment background. She was a resident in the Department of Surgery at the Nemirov District Teaching Hospital, Ukraine, and a Lecturer of Surgery at the Vinnitsa School of Nursing. In the Ukraine, she was also a Physician of Sports Medicine and remedial gymnastics at the Vinnitsa Physical Fitness Dispensary and for a private company “Topaz.”

Leaving the Ukraine in 2000, she became a Physician of Physical Medicine at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret, Kenya. After leaving there, she was a Senior Lecturer in the Pre-Clinical Program at the University of Seychelles-American Institute of Medicine and an Assistant Professor in Physical Diagnosis at Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherlands-Antilles. Dr.Golub speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian and her activities include digital photography, designing of evening and wedding gowns, embroidery and gardening.
