Mr. Antone has had a 30-year career in the profession of anatomy. While still in high school, Mr. Antone worked as an anatomy technician at the University of Western Ontario, London, Canada. While at the university, Mr. Antone honed his skills as an embalmer and prosector, and he also worked as an animal research technician.

After high school graduation, Mr. Antone became a full time pathologist assistant at St Josephs Health Care Center, London Canada. This involved extensive work in the areas of forensic pathology, OB GYN pathology, histo pathology, neuro pathology, surgical pathology, and cyto pathology. Mr. Antone was promoted to Autopsy Procedure Demonstrator, where he taught all new pathology residents autopsy procedures and protocol. After 14.5 years and over 5000 autopsies later, Mr. Antone moved to Calgary Canada.

Mr. Antone worked at the Deputy Medical Examiners Office in Calgary as both autopsy technician and body extraction technician. He then became Prosector / Embalmer / Plastinator / Body Donor Administrator for the University of Calgary School of Medicine. One of his many duties was that of teaching surgical procedures to surgical residents in the city of Calgary. Mr. Antone worked extensively with various disciplines of medicine which include orthopedic, general , plastics , neuro , cardiac , and OB GYN.

Mr. Antone joined Ross University School of Medicine in September of 2004 as Prosector. He feels his work at Ross has been a remarkable boost to his career as dissector and teacher in gross anatomy.
