Dr. Ferdinand is a Vincentian who did his undergraduate degree at St. George's University School of Medicine, completed a two-year internship in St. Vincent, and worked as a community physician and general practitioner. He subsequently held a faculty appointment at St. George's University as a clinical tutor (pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical skills) prior to coming to Ross University. He has a great love for teaching and completed a teaching fellowship while at St. George's University. He also has particular interest in natural health and wellness, and learning in general. He is a member of several organisations including the World medical association and the St. Vincent & the Grenadines medical association. Dr. Ferdinand is single, has no children and currently resides in Dominica. His hobbies include reading, travelling, spectator sports, music, and movies.
