Ross Overview

Ross University is devoted to the education of medical professionals in both human and veterinary medicine. Ross University's medical school was founded in 1978 in Dominica, West Indies. Just a few years later, the veterinary school was founded in 1982 in St. Kitts in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Both of our Caribbean medical schools are supported by administrative offices located in North Brunswick, NJ.

Ross University School of Medicine offers a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and has graduated over 7,700 physicians during its more than three decades of service. Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine offers a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and has graduated over 2,500 veterinarians during its 28-year history. Our graduates are practicing in all 50 States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
