Ross Overview
Ross University is devoted to the education of medical professionals in both human and veterinary medicine. The School of Medicine, founded in 1978, is located on Dominica, West Indies. The School of Veterinary Medicine, founded in 1982, is located on St. Kitts in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. Both Schools are supported by administrative offices located in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
Ross University School of Medicine offers a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and has graduated over 7,000 physicians during its 30-year history. Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine offers a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) degree and has graduated over 2,300 veterinarians during its 26-year history. Graduates are eligible for licensure in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico after the successful completion of the requisite licensing examinations.
