President's Message

Welcome to Ross University School of Medicine and School of Veterinary Medicine.

Ross University celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2008. We have a tradition of providing an outstanding medical education to prospective physicians and veterinarians respectively. In fact, Ross University has proudly graduated over 9,300 students.

Ross University School of Medicine continues building on its reputation as a leader in international medical education.  Our 97% first-time USMLE Step I pass rate for students with at least a 2.5 GPA is a testament to the quality of our Foundations of Medicine curriculum, superb faculty, and excellent facilities at our Dominica campus. Our fifth semester Advanced Introduction to Clinical Medicine program sets the groundwork for our students to successfully complete clinical rotations at U.S. teaching hospitals affiliated with Ross University. Throughout our history, graduates have obtained highly coveted residency positions across the United States.

Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine stands out as an exceptional veterinary school. Our graduates successfully practice in all 50 States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This demonstrates the quality of our pre-clinical curriculum, dedicated faculty and, extraordinary facilities at our St. Kitts campus. The pre-clinical curriculum builds a strong foundation for our students to successfully complete semesters 8-10 at one of the 21 AVMA–accredited schools of veterinary medicine affiliated with Ross University.

Because of our solid reputation, our technologically-sound campuses, our affiliations with leading U.S. teaching hospitals and U.S. AVMA–accredited veterinary schools, as well as ample access to our faculty, more students are looking to launch their careers at Ross University.

Your prescription for success begins at Ross.
